Ces deux tours de 20 étages sont situées dans le quartier de Chelsea à Manhattan. Elles comprennent 87 condominiums et 112 unités de location. Un béton blanc clair traité à l'acide avec des accents de bronze peints à la main a été utilisé pour la tour de condominiums, tandis qu'une couleur plus sombre recouvre la tour de location.

Les fenêtres ont été préinstallées à l'usine BPDL, créant ainsi des panneaux de béton préfabriqué entièrement vitrés et prêts à être installés au chantier. L'effet global est un magnifique jeu d'ombre et de lumière.

These two 20-story towers are located in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. They include 87 condominiums and 112 rental units. A light white acid-treated concrete with hand-painted bronze accents was used for the condominium tower, while a darker color covers the rental tower.

The windows were pre-installed at the BPDL plant, creating fully glazed precast concrete panels ready to be positioned on site. The overall effect is a beautiful play of light and shadow.
