Ce bâtiment de 110 000 pieds carrés est composé d'une enveloppe de panneaux de béton de type sandwich. Ce matériau, économique et rapide à installer, a permis d'explorer une texture unique de points blancs répartis uniformément sur toute la façade.

L'utilisation de panneaux préfabriqués en béton comportant jusqu'à 2 350 espaces circulaires évidés pour y intégrer de la fibre optique a permis de créer un bâtiment minimaliste.

Au total, 138 panneaux isolés blancs à double paroi ont été utilisés pour recouvrir la façade, ce qui a permis d'éliminer la nécessité de murs extérieurs classiques avec isolation, pare-vapeur et autres couches supplémentaires.

This new 110 000 square foot building iscomposed of an envelope of sandwich-type concrete panels. This material, economical and quick to install, allowed the exploration of a unique texture of white dots distributed uniformly over the entire façade.

The use of precast concrete panels featuring up to 2 350 recesses where the fiber-optics, that were woven into the panels, are displayed allowed to create a minimalist building.

In total, 138 white double-wythe insulated panels were used covering the façade, which eliminated the need for typical exterior walls with insulation, air-vapor barriers, and other additional layers.
